INGREDIENTS:
– 5 or 6 apples
– a handful of dates
– 1 citrus fruit of your choice – Meyer lemon, oranges or tangerines are all good choices.
– a dash of raw vanilla and cinnamon are lovely additions, as well!
You will need a high speed blender or food processor for this recipe. This raw apple sauce is a great addition to your Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, or Christmas celebrations. Experiment with different types of apples, sweet or tart, and have fun with it all winter long!
