We are Ryan and Anji, a mid-50s married couple from Southern California who have produced content as Happy Healthy Vegan since 2013. In addition to posting weekly YouTube videos and livestreams, we maintain active social media accounts, and often appear at local vegan events. Anji has also created two self-published whole food oil free vegan cookbooks that we sell in both print and eBook format, alongside our t-shirts and CDs from our band, Lovespirals.
