Ryan and Anji head to their local Long Beach Farmers Market on the first day of Winter; one day after the Winter Solstice. Even on the shortest days of the year, there are plenty of high quality fruits and veggies to be found. Persimmons, avocados, dates, apples, potatoes, and plenty of salad greens abound this time of year.
