3 cups water
3 cups diced potatoes
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes (14.5 oz can)
2 pouches pinto beans (10 oz pouch)
2 cans mild green chiles (4 oz can)
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chipotle powder
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
