Eat more to live more, and that’s exactly what this carbohydrate packed smoothie will do for you, giving you energy you need to exercise, work on the computer, or carry out any other activity that requires sustained focus.
Though he may be an advocate of Raw Till 4 diet, Ryan still smashes out each morning with raw fruits including bananas, strawberries, raspberries, and mangoes when they are in season.
Learn to make this simple but wonderfully delicious fruit smoothie. All you need are a few easy to find fruits, water, and a blender.
INGREDIENTS:
Approximately 10 ripe bananas
4 to 6 strawberries
4 to 6 raspberries
1/3 to 1/2 cup of almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened)
1/3 to 1/2 cup of coconut water
1 tray of ice cubes
