We are Ryan and Anji, a mid-50s married couple from Southern California who have produced content as Happy Healthy Vegan since 2013. Wow I’m surprised someone found this super old post! Sorry it had broken links. I fixed it for you. But spoiler alert, all I did was put frozen peach and banana slices in a Vitamix and blended them together until smooth. You can add a bit of vanilla powder in for fun. Take care!
