APPLE BANANA SMOOTHIE [AKA Raw Vegan Fruit Oatmeal]
INGREDIENTS:
5 ripe bananas
2 sweet apples (Anji used Cameo)
6-8 soft dates (Anji used Khadrawry)
Cinnamon to taste (Anji used Ceylon Cinnamon)
Handful sun dried raisins (optional)
