And we get the bulk of those calories high carb/low-fat whole foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Getting proper hydration and sleep is also important for optimal health and energy. And regular sun and exercise round out this proven formula. And not only does this diet and lifestyle make a person healthy, but it also makes one naturally slim!

So don’t listen to fear mongers like Denise Minger who has not shared any objective blood tests to back up her supposed deficiencies from her vegan diet. Blood tests don’t lie!
