Chris of the Vegan Zombie show stopped by the Happy Healthy Vegan studio to film an interview with us. We recently met for the first time at the Natural Products Expo West and just met up again when he came to town for the Vegan Street Fair. He’s a great guy that also prefers to eat a clean whole food plant-based diet of home cooked foods, and like us, is in his 40’s but looks and feels younger than his peers. Hello From Happy Healthy Vegan!
We are Ryan and Anji, a mid-50s married couple from Southern California who have produced content as Happy Healthy Vegan since 2013. In addition to posting weekly YouTube videos and livestreams, we maintain active social media accounts, and often appear at local vegan events. Anji has also created two self-published whole food oil free vegan cookbooks that we sell in both print and eBook format, alongside our t-shirts and CDs from our band, Lovespirals.
